This website offers visitors live corals and  other goods to purchase and ship/pick-up from our Merrionette Park, IL  location. Guarantee/Return policy
We do not offer refunds on livestock only credit through our guarantee.
We do not offer returns on livestock.
We do not refund or credit any shipping costs.

Guarantee applies to online orders only.
Any order cancellations will be credited for 1 year or refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
At this time we offer an arrive alive guarantee on corals.
Livestock credit cannot be used for shipping.
Packs & discounted corals get either replacements or credit for amount paid, not items original price.

Website typographical errors
aquaculturedfrags.com is not responsible  for typographical errors in names or prices and we make every effort to  ensure the accuracy of the information published in our catalogs and  websites. In the event of a misrepresentation of name or price we will  issue a refund or credit for the amount paid.
